Empowerment, Flattery, Fit

Just came back from Vegas, having had some nice meetings.

I love the fact that the UNIFORM INDUSTRY is really trying to empower their Employees with more Retail looks.

With that said, not all EMPLOYEES have the same body type so not everyone could look great in an over the top outfit. Remember, less is more!! If you add a lot of frills, patterns and fullness it will overpower a petite person and suffocate a full size person. I will repeat myself, LESS IS MORE!

Hide the flaws and accentuate your strengths, also FIT is key. Ignore the size tag and enjoy the FIT! All Employees will then be happy!
